We accept appointments and walk ins! We recommend making an appointment to reserve a specific time that works best for you!
Management is present in the office and available by phone and email.
You can apply by visiting our property website and selecting the apartment number that you are interested in or visit the office and we will be happy to email you a personalized link.
Application approval can take up to 72 business hours.
You will pay a $175.00 reservation fee and a $125.00 or $250.00 Lease Term Bond within 24 hours of approval.
Renting for the first time can be exciting but also a little overwhelming. It is good to now your must-haves vs. nice-to-haves- List what you need (like in-unit laundry, parking, pet-friendly) and what you want (like a balcony or newer appliances). Ask us questions!
You can pay rent online through rentcafe.com by credit or debit card, from a bank account, or by auto-pay.
At Cumberland Place Apartments, residents pay a $30 monthly community fee and a $5 monthly gate access fee. There is a $25 monthly pet rent (if applicable). These fees help care for the shared spaces, services, and security features that keep the community well-maintained.
Community Operations Fee – $30/month
This fee supports the upkeep of the spaces residents use every day, including the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, landscaping, and general community enhancements.
Gate Fee – $5/month
This fee helps maintain the controlled-entry systems, including the access gate, call boxes, monitoring equipment, and ongoing repairs to keep the system operating reliably.
Pet Rent Fee – $25/month
For residents with pets.
Yes, we do require renters insurance of $100,000 in personal liability and $10,000 in personal contents coverage. We do require that you list the community as an additional interested party as well.
We provide 1 gig high speed internet for free! Utilities such as: water, sewer, trash and pest control are set up through our community and billed to your resident portal each month.
You will be required to connect Electric service and renter’s insurance prior to move in, all other utilities are connected through the community.
Optimum- we provide 1 gig High speed internet service, but we do not provide cable. All connection instructions for internet can be provided through the leasing office prior to your move in.
We do offer a Resident referral bonus of $200.00-500.00 for referring another resident! We do require that you list the current resident’s name on your application. (Subject to change)
Guests are allowed to stay in your home a maximum of 7 days. We do allow each apartment home 2 guests max per unit in amenity areas.
No, pricing is based on availability.
We do not offer security deposits, you will pay a one time non-refundable/non-transferable bond payment in the place of a security deposit.
You will be required to fulfill a 60 day notice and pay a termination fee of $2,000.00 as stated in our lease agreement.
We offer 6-15 month lease terms to new incoming residents! After your initial lease term, more short term options are available.

The pools are open Tuesday- Sunday from 10:00AM-10:00PM. The pools are closed every Monday for cleaning.
We offer general parking as well as the option to rent a reserved carport for $45.00 per month.

We do not offer furnished apartments.
We do not accept packages in the leasing office.
We provide cardio and strength training equipment.
Our community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM- 7:00AM.

Maintenance
Full service cleaning after unit turn/make ready.
You can submit a work order through rent cafe resident portal or call the leasing office!
Maintenance requests are addressed no later than 24 hours after submission.
During office hours, you can visit the leasing office. After hours, you will call the after hours emergency maintenance line to respond.
Yes, however; any damages will be assessed at move out.
